ifilm English to start airing ‘Cyber’

Iranian series ‘Cyber’ has been scheduled to be on the channel’s playlist, ifilm English website has reported.

Airing of the series, produced by Saeed Kamani and directed by Ahmad Moazzami, will start on November 17, 2017.

Cyberspace provides us with new opportunities in commerce, social life, knowledge and entertainment, but there is also a dark side to that. The series features real cases of cybercrime and how Iran’s Cyber Police fight such crimes. It shows how seemingly insignificant actions can lead you to become a cybercrime victim.

Among the cast list are Shahrouz Ebrahimi, Rouhollah Kamani, Qasem Zare, Sara Monjezi, Nilofar Shahidi, and Alireza Sanifar.

‘Cyber’, produced in 2014, is to replace the series ‘A Fistful of Eagle Feathers’ and will broadcast at 19:00 GMT (22:30 Tehran time).

ifilm English will also repeat each episode of the series the following day at 03:00, 08:00 and 14:00 (all GMT time). ‘Cyber’ is comprised of 16 segments.
